12 Days of HOPE 4 Youth: Day 8
On the eighth day of Christmas, HOPE 4 Youth helped a single mom get back on her feet. Bridget is a single mom with two small children at home. Unfortunately, she recently lost her job and was not sure how she was going to make ends meet. Bridget fell into a bit of depression, but was able to persevere working closely with a Case Manager at the Drop-In Center to become gainfully employed again. The Case Manager worked with Bridget to find out her interests, employment and education background and what type of industry she wants work in. Bridget specifically wanted to work at a restaurant and we are proud to say that she was able to obtain the job she truly wanted.
Please consider making a gift this holiday season in honor of Bridget, so that we can continue to provide programs to change the lives of even more homeless young people. You can make a gift online at www.HOPE4YouthMN.org/Donate or via mail to HOPE 4 Youth, 2191 Northdale Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55433. Any amount and all gifts are appreciated.
