12 Days of HOPE 4 Youth: Day 11
On the eleventh day of Christmas, Stacey and her young daughter have a safe place to spend the holidays together. Stacey has been visiting HOPE 4 Youth for several years, but we had not seen her for some time, as she had left Minnesota. Stacey recently returned to Minnesota and came to HOPE 4 Youth in need offood, transportation assistance, a birth certificate and driver’s license. Stacey was able to access the Drop-In Center Food Pantry to get food, diapers, formula, wipes and hygiene products for herself and her daughter. Stacey now has a bus pass and will soon be able to get her birth certificate and driver’s license with helpfrom HOPE 4 Youth. Stacey shared that she also was not in a safe environment and asked us for help finding a safe place, that allows her and her daughter to stay together. Through our Housing Navigation Program we were able to get both Stacey and her daughter into housing where they are safe and together.
Please consider making a donation in honor of Stacey and her daughter, so that we can continue to provide our programs to change the lives of even more homeless young people. You can make a gift online at www.HOPE4YouthMN.org/Donate or via mail to HOPE 4 Youth, 2191 Northdale Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55433. Any amount and all gifts are appreciated. Thank you!
