Service Details

HOPE 4 Youth supports young people, ages 16 to 24, who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness in the northern metro area. (If you are under 16 and need help, we can connect you to other service providers.) In addition to many basic-needs services (Listed below), case management is also provided. Through our Case Managers, youth can receive one-on-one support to help link them to stable housing, health and wellness programs, and education and employment support.
