Welcome Nikki Kalvin

Nikki Kalvin, Community Outreach & Events Specialist, comes to HOPE 4 Youth with over 20 years of experience in both government and nonprofit management. Nikki’s experience includes managing staff and volunteers as well overseeing large special events and annual fundraising campaigns. Most recently, Nikki served as the Membership and Marketing Director for the YMCA where she supervised the member services staff and volunteers, managed special events and community engagement opportunities, and was responsible for annual fundraising campaigns. Nikki has 5 children, ranging in age from 7 to 28. She loves camping, hiking, gardening and anything outdoors. According to Nikki, her passion is building people up and setting them up for success – whether they are 2 years old, young adults or seniors.
